CYFworld Academy is happy to offer live Basics of Pistol Shooting & Concealed Carry Instruction at Ben Avery Shooting Facility. Courses are taught by our NRA Certified Firearm Instructors and Expert Level Trainers in Self Defense & Krav Maga. By the end of the combined 8-hour course, participants will have learned and demonstrated:
- Pistol Knowledge & Safe Gun Handling
- Ammunition Knowledge & Fundamentals of Pistol Shooting
- Shooting Positions and Shooting Qualification
- Understanding of applicable laws related to using a firearm in self-defense
- Basic self-defense everyone who carries a firearm for self-defense should know.
Upon completion, you will receive AZ CCW application, fingerprint cards, and required firearms training certificate. The price per course is $165. Rental of firearms ($15) and 100 rounds of ammunition ($40) are an additional cost.
Most courses advertised by other groups will meet your CCW training requirement. This course truly establishes the foundation for safely and effectively using a firearm in self-defense, should that need ever occur.
